It is run by Yobal Co., which also operates a dog cafe of the same name nearby, and its friendly cats are trained as therapy animals that also visit care homes, schools and patients' homes. Most of the cats are large or long-haired breeds. The cafe also breeds kittens and sells them, including Ragdolls, Siberians and Minuets, and the parent cats can be seen in the shop. Visits can be booked in 30-minute slots or taken as walk-ins charged per 15 minutes with automatic extension, with a child rate from age four and free drinks included. Babies and children are welcome when accompanied by a guardian. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays.

Visitors choose between a small main room and two private rooms in an annex, and the whole annex can be rented by a group. The basic charge is per hour on weekdays and per 30 minutes on weekends, and it includes a bottled drink and a small treat set for the cats. There is no age limit.
