Cat Cafe Coorikuya plus Sangenjaya

Cat Cafe Coorikuya plus Sangenjaya is a branch of the Coorikuya cat cafe chain in Sangenjaya, Setagaya, about four minutes on foot from Sangenjaya Station. It occupies the floor above the Coo&RIKU Sangenjaya pet shop, which is run by the same group, and its large windows let in plenty of daylight. Around 20 cats live here, many of them short-legged breeds such as Munchkins and Minuets, and like other Coorikuya cats they come to the cafe through the group's pet shop business. Visits are charged per 30 minutes, combining an entry fee with a self-service drink bar of hot and cold drinks, and there is a free-time option with extensions in 10-minute units. Manga are available to read. The cafe is open every day, opening an hour earlier on weekends and public holidays, with last entry 30 minutes before closing.
