ANELLA CAFE Sakura
ANELLA CAFE Sakura is a rescue dog and cat cafe in Osakidai, Sakura, about three minutes on foot from JR Sakura Station. Opened in November 2023 as the third cafe of the DogCat rescue ANELLA group, it doubles as the group's medical shelter, so visitors meet animals recovering from injury or illness as well as healthy dogs and cats waiting for new families. Dogs move freely around the room while cats settle where they like, and a separate isolation room houses cats with FIV or FeLV so that they can also be introduced to adopters. Visits are charged per 30 minutes, with reduced rates for elementary school children, seniors and visitors with disabilities, and preschoolers enter free. The cafe is open every day. It also offers grooming and a pet hotel, and is a welfare workplace where staff with disabilities help care for the animals.
