ANELLA CAFE Hamamatsu Chuo

ANELLA CAFE Hamamatsu Chuo is a rescue dog and cat cafe in central Hamamatsu, about ten minutes on foot from JR Hamamatsu Station. Opened in May 2026 as part of the ANELLA chain, it lets visitors spend time with rescued dogs and cats while they wait for new families, and adoptions are arranged through ANELLA's own process. Cats here have included a Neva Masquerade, a Bombay, Scottish Folds, a Ragamuffin and a Siberian. Visits are charged per 30 minutes with shorter extensions, at lower rates for elementary school children, seniors and visitors with disabilities, and preschoolers enter free. The cafe is open every day. It also works as a welfare workplace where staff with disabilities help care for the animals, and it offers grooming. There is no parking, so nearby coin parking is the option for drivers.
