Lucy Cat Cafe
Zgorzelec, Lower Silesian
Lucy Cat Cafe is a cat cafe on Warszawska Street in central Zgorzelec, the Polish side of the twin town across the Neisse from Görlitz in Germany. Opened in late July 2026, it is the only cat cafe in the area and is named after Lucy, one of its resident cats; the others include Leon, a ginger cat with a habit of stealing cake from plates, and Guzik, and kittens have also lived at the cafe. The cats roam freely among the tables in a cosy, seasonally decorated room with a reading corner. The menu covers coffee, tea, lemonade, hot chocolate, homemade cakes, pancakes and waffles on a stick. Visitors must be at least seven years old, and the cafe is open from midday into the evening every day except Monday.
