No food or drink is served, but lidded drinks can be brought in. Socks are required and sold for ¥100. It is open from 1 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM from Tuesday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM on weekends and holidays, and closed on Mondays.

The owner roasts the coffee in-house and bakes preservative-free muffins. Children need one adult each, socks are required, and payment is by cash or PayPay. It opens Thursday to Sunday.

Holding the cats is not allowed, though they often climb onto laps, and elementary school children must come with a parent. It opens from 1 PM to 8 PM on weekdays and 12 PM to 7 PM on weekends, and closes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
