Almost all the cats are Ragdolls, including traditional, mitted, bicolour and flame-point cats. Cat sticks and freeze-dried treats are given out for free, and board games are available. Entry is not time-limited, so students often come to work. The room is small and gets crowded at weekends.

Mao ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​⁠Ji Tuo is a cat cafe in a flat on the 19th floor of the Shangjia Xinyuan building on Chengxiang Middle Road, by the Gulou old-town area in Nankai, Tianjin, a short walk from Gulou station on Line 2. Packages include a drink and cat treats, and the cats crowd round as soon as the treats come out. The owner shows first-time visitors how to hold the cats. There is a separate board-game room and a rest room where children can nap.

OneCat ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌⁠(Yi Zhi Mao) is a cat cafe and bar at the corner of the Super Factory block on the fourth floor of Joy City on Nanjing Road in Heping, Tianjin. Visitors are given shoe covers and scratch-proof gloves at the door, and staff explain how each cat, including a much-loved Ragdoll, likes to be stroked. Drinks are served by the windows overlooking the mall. The cafe does not admit young children.

Mao ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​⁠Xiao Fu is a cat cafe on Jiefang Road in the old Tanggu shopping area of Binhai New Area, near the Jujin department store and the pedestrian street. Ragdolls and British Blue cats make up most of the residents, their vaccination records hang on the wall, and one of the shop cats is seven years old. Visitors eat on the upper floor, where the cats try to share the food. The shop also offers pet grooming, and the owners run a second cafe on Xiangshi Road.

Lu ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌⁠Cafe is the cat cafe of Landuowan, a Tianjin pet brand founded in 2009 that also runs grooming and pet shops, on the ground floor of the Wangjie street at Nankai Joy City on Nanmenwai Street. Ragdolls, Maine Coons and British Shorthairs live in the cafe, and staff explain each cat's name and temperament before visitors go in. The menu includes lattes and tiramisu, and sunny window seats look onto the street. The brand's cat videos have a large following online.

This ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​⁠Lu Cafe branch is the Landuowan pet brand's cat cafe on the third floor of Binhai Wanda Plaza on Dongting Road in Binhai New Area, Tianjin. Like the brand's other cafes, it combines a cat room with a coffee bar, and visitors can spend time with the resident cats over drinks and desserts. Landuowan has run pet shops and grooming in Tianjin since 2009.

The cats are sociable and come to sit by visitors. The cafe offers single and double cat-petting packages and afternoon-tea sets, hand-brewed coffee with a choice of beans, and desserts such as tiramisu. Weekday lunchtimes are the quietest.

Visitors spend time with the cats in a small room, and groups can book the whole room. It opens in the evenings on weekdays and from mid-afternoon at weekends. The brand has a second shop behind Hedong Wanda Plaza.

Visitors spend time with the resident cats over drinks. Parking is available in the complex's garage about 200 metres away. It is closed on Mondays.
