Cat Cafes in Tampa, Florida

Tampa, Florida

Cats ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌& Caffeine is a cat cafe and kitten lounge on Henderson Boulevard in South Tampa. Opened in summer 2022 as Tampa's first cat cafe, it is a women-owned business with a pink interior that serves coffee drinks and sweet snacks. Visits are booked as one-hour sessions in a lounge full of adoptable cats and kittens, and because the number of guests per session is capped, booking ahead is strongly recommended and walk-ins are limited. All the cats are rescues from the nonprofit Purrs & Whiskers Inc. and live in the lounge until they are adopted; adoption applications are filled out in person during a visit. The cafe hosts monthly kitten yoga, movie nights and family visits, and the whole lounge can be booked for private parties. It is closed on Mondays and takes a midday break on Fridays to Sundays.
