Goyangirang Cafe Nori
Daegu
Goyangirang Cafe Nori is a small rescue cat space in Gamsam-dong, Dalseo-gu, in western Daegu, run by one person who looks after the cats on her own. The owner describes it as a non-commercial place rather than a typical cat cafe: it is meant to help people think carefully about the responsibility of keeping a cat before they get one, and to share experience and information with anyone considering rescuing, adopting or fostering a cat. Visitors buy a drink to stay and spend time with the cats, which have been rescued from the street. Because the owner cares for many cats alone, opening days and hours are irregular, so it is best to check before going. The cafe has been operating in Gamsam-dong since at least 2017.
