Guests order at the front counter, where staff explain the house rules, and then move into a separate cat room for a timed stay, with a minimum purchase per person. Six resident purebred cats live there, including a Bengal, a Maine Coon, a Ragdoll, a Siberian and two British cats. Visitors wear disposable shoe covers, may not pick up the cats or wake sleeping ones, and must not bring outside food; cat treats are sold from a vending machine in the room. Children under 6 are not admitted to the cat room, and children under 12 must be with a parent. The menu covers bubble tea, coffee, cakes and snacks for breakfast, brunch, afternoon snacks and aperitivo, served every day.

Crazy ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​⁠Cat Café is a cat café and bistro on Via Napo Torriani, near Milano Centrale station and the Repubblica metro stop. Opened in October 2015 after the founder visited a neko café in Osaka, it was the first cat café in Lombardy. Ten resident cats, all former strays taken in through animal welfare associations and named after music stars, roam the dining room, while the kitchen and counter are closed to them. The kitchen makes its own pastries and savoury dishes for breakfast, brunch, lunch, aperitivo and themed dinners. A small per-person contribution towards the cats' care is added to the bill, and booking online or by phone is recommended. Children under 12 must be supervised, and guests may not pick up the cats or wake sleeping ones. In 2026 the café added the Crazy Cat Village, a second space for workshops and shelter events.

Nekoffee ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​⁠is a small cat café and bubble tea shop on Via Bramante in Milan's Chinatown, close to Via Paolo Sarpi and a short walk from the Monumentale metro station. It opened in August 2023 on Via Paolo Sarpi and moved to its current address in December 2025. Visitors pay an entry fee that includes a drink, such as a canned soft drink, coffee or bubble tea, and then spend a set time in the cat room. Around six to seven resident purebred cats live there, and they can often be seen from the street through the shop window. Guests put on disposable shoe covers before entering the cat area. Walk-ins are accepted and bookings can be made by phone, though visitors may have to wait for a place when the room is full. The cafe is open from late morning to early evening.

About ten Maine Coon cats belonging to the owner live in the indoor rooms, which have walkways, scratching posts and quiet areas away from guests. A café counter and outdoor seating can be reached directly from the street for those who prefer not to sit with the cats. The kitchen serves breakfast, coffee and pastries all day, lunch and dinner from an Italian à la carte menu on weekdays, brunch in three sittings on Saturdays and Sundays, dinner on Saturdays and aperitivo on Sundays, with vegetarian and vegan options and homemade cakes and focaccia. Entry is free and online booking is recommended at busy times. On weekends only guests over 12 are admitted, and visitors are asked not to use flash or feed the cats.
