Founded in 1993 in California and relocated to Las Vegas in 2014, PALNV partners with local rescue groups like The Animal Foundation and TNR trappers to save cats and kittens from the streets and shelters, addressing the area’s estimated 200,000 homeless cat population. For a $12 hourly fee, visitors can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks while bonding with adoptable cats—each spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FELV/FIV tested—in a free-roaming, relaxed setting open Thursday to Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. With a $175 adoption fee and a track record of over 592 adoptions since 2019, this café not only offers a delightful experience but also plays a vital role in reducing cat overpopulation through its proactive spay/neuter and foster programs.
