Nekowa Cafe Koga is a rescue cat cafe on the third floor of the MK Building in Higashihoncho, Koga, about five minutes on foot from the east exit of JR Koga Station. It opened on September 19, 2026, with a soft cherry-blossom-pink interior and calm music, and its rescued cats are looking for new homes; anyone interested in adopting can arrange to meet a cat through the staff. Visits are charged per 60 minutes with 30-minute extensions, at slightly higher rates on weekends and holidays, and canned drinks are free. Elementary school children and visitors with disabilities, plus one companion, pay half price, and preschoolers enter free. Bookings can be made on the online calendar without registering. The cafe is part of a welfare workplace where people with disabilities look after the cats and make goods. Four parking spaces are available.
