The cafe is home to an impressive variety of over 25 resident cats spanning numerous breeds, including American Shorthairs like Toto and Mion, British Shorthairs, Ragdolls, a Russian Blue named Gray, Scottish Folds, Norwegian Forest Cats, a Maine Coon called Natsuyuki, and even a rare Genetta named Tiana. No reservations are required, making it easy to drop in during a shopping trip. The cafe operates on a one drink order system, and guests can purchase treats to offer the cats using provided spoons. Children ages three and under enter free, while those in elementary school and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors with disability certificates receive a discount for themselves and one caregiver.

Porta is a rescue cat cafe in Angyo, Kawaguchi, set in a detached house built for its cats, about 15 minutes on foot from Tozuka-Angyo Station on the Saitama Railway. Opened in 2023, it cares for a large group of rescued cats, around 35 at a time, including cats given up by owners or taken in from public shelters, and introduces them to new families through trial stays. Visits are charged by the hour with one drink included, extensions are charged per 30 minutes, and children pay a lower rate; on weekdays there is also an unlimited-time option. Online booking ended in late 2025, so visitors walk in and may need to wait at busy times. Socks are required and photo ID is needed on a first visit. The garden doubles as a bookable dog run. Porta is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
