Cat Cafes in Katsushika, Tokyo

Katsushika, Tokyo

Cat Cafe Coorikuya Shin-Koiwa is a branch of the Coorikuya cat cafe chain on the Shin-Koiwa Lumiere shopping arcade in Katsushika City, about three minutes on foot from JR Shin-Koiwa Station. It opened in January 2018 and is attached to the Coo&RIKU pet shop, which runs the chain's 20-plus cafes across Japan. The interior follows a traditional Japanese home theme. Visits are charged per 30 or 60 minutes or as a free-time pass, with the same rate for adults and children and unlimited drinks included. Children of elementary school age and younger must come with a guardian. The cafe opens every day from late morning, an hour earlier on weekends and public holidays, with last entry 30 minutes before closing.
