A large front window looks onto the lane, and the cats wander between the tables and settle next to visitors. The cafe serves coffee, cakes and drinks, including alcohol in the evening, and has been on the street since about 2016.

About 20 cats live there, and the cat area is partitioned off, so guests who are wary of cats or come with small children can sit outside it. Guests sanitise their hands and wear shoe covers. A day ticket includes drinks and snacks along with board games, a Switch, an arcade machine and a shelf of manga.
