Cafe Kkongnyang is a cat cafe in Changjeon-dong in central Icheon, near the Icheon bus terminal, and it describes itself as the only cat cafe in the town centre. Open since 2019, it later moved to a larger fourth-floor space. Visitors buy an all-day ticket in advance, which gives unlimited time and includes a canned drink, and board games, books, comics, Wi-Fi and phone charging are free. Many of the cats have their own tricks: several offer a paw, one stands up and claps, and others enjoy fishing-rod toys, brushing or sitting on laps. Staff warn that the other cats may scratch if their bellies or paws are touched. Street parking and several public car parks are nearby, and the cafe closes at 8 PM.

Icheon, Gyeonggi Do

Annyeong, Goyeonghui is a large cat cafe in the countryside of Majang-myeon, western Icheon. The cats who live here came through rescue, abandonment or owners who could no longer keep them, and the owners built a small garden so the cats can feel the seasons up close. The cafe runs on a capacity-based reservation system: booked visitors get a discount, and walk-ins are admitted only to time slots that still have space, so checking availability before setting out is advised. The entry ticket includes a drink, with a lower price for children aged three to seven. Coffee, other drinks and desserts are also available to take away. The cafe is open from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Icheon, Gyeonggi Do

Minyangi is a small cat cafe in Jilli-dong, Icheon, run by a professional cat groomer, near the Lotte Castle Sinjilli crossroads on the way to Icheon Station. The cats are groomed and cared for by the owner, and the business also offers cat grooming and a cat hotel. During school holidays the cafe is open every day; outside the holidays it opens on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from midday until late afternoon, and weekday visits are possible by phone reservation. The car park is large and free. It is a quiet, low-key place for families in Icheon to spend time with cats.
