Cat Cafe Nyango Hiratsuka is a private-room cat cafe inside the Shopping Plaza 15 building in Hinataoka, Hiratsuka, reached by Kanachu bus from the north exit of JR Hiratsuka Station to the Shonan Hinataoka stop. Opened in 2024 as the second branch of the Chigasaki cafe, it has three private rooms, each used by one group at a time, and pedigree cats such as Ragdolls, Persians and Abyssinians. Visits are charged per person in 30-minute, 60-minute or weekday two-hour courses, each including a drink, with lower prices for children aged three to junior high school age. Bookings can be made online, by phone or through LINE, and longer weekend stays require a booking for two or more. Children aged two and under are not admitted. The cafe also sells kittens, has free parking and accepts cash, cards, e-money and QR payments.

Nijinohashi is an adoption-focused rescue cat cafe in Akashicho, Hiratsuka, four minutes on foot from the west exit of JR Hiratsuka Station. Opened in 2018, it works with volunteer rescue groups, and its cats are neutered, virus-tested and vaccinated before adoption, with a modest adoption fee. The small cafe has eight seats on tree-stump stools and can be hired privately. Visits are charged in 30-minute steps, with one free drink per half hour and slightly higher prices at weekends, and small discounts for children, visitors aged 65 and over and members. Walk-ins are welcome, and seats can be reserved online or by phone. Children aged 14 and under must come with someone aged 15 or older. The cafe takes a midday break, is closed on Tuesdays and accepts cards, transit IC cards and PayPay.
