The cafe spreads over two levels: the cats live on the lower floor, while the upper floor has board games, video game consoles, seating for food and drinks, and costumes for photos. Staff introduce each cat by name and temperament. Visitors put on shoe covers at the door and pay for a package that includes a drink. Cats are also sold here.

Around 40 cats roam freely over two levels, including Ragdolls, British Shorthairs, Exotic Shorthairs, Maine Coons, Abyssinians, Bengals, Devon Rexes and Sphynxes. Visitors put on shoe covers and disinfect their hands before entering, and the standard package allows one hour with the cats and includes a cat treat, with extra time charged by the minute.
