Cattyshack Cat Cafe

Cattyshack Cat Cafe is a coffee shop and cat lounge in Gulf Coast Town Center, the outdoor mall off I-75 in south Fort Myers, next to Sports Clips. It opened in June 2020 as Fort Myers' first cat cafe. The cafe serves coffee, craft beer, wine, pastries and light food and sells cat merchandise, and windows look into the lounge. The lounge, called the Mulligan Room after the golf term for a second chance, has a playful golf and tropical theme with climbing palm trees and holds adoptable rescue cats. Visits are 50-minute sessions starting at ten past the hour, booked online, with walk-ins when there is space. The room is for ages seven and up outside all-ages events, children under 13 need an adult, and strollers are not allowed. The cats come from local rescues including Community Cats of Bonita Springs, and the cafe has passed 2,600 adoptions.
