The shop keeps dining and cats apart, with a dining area and a separate cat room home to Ragdolls, British Shorthairs and other breeds. The menu has set meals with drinks, sandwiches and desserts, and visitors can visit the cats after eating. Parking is available.

Visitors order a lemon tea, milk tea or ice cream and can then sit with the cats in the shop. It has been running since at least 2023.

Entry is by ticket, and visitors can stay for several hours.
