The owner introduces each cat by name and tells its story, and visitors can feed them treats such as freeze-dried snacks; a few cats grab at food. Drinks include Thai hand-pounded lemon tea and coconut water, and in early 2025 a visit with a drink cost a little over 30 yuan per person. The shop also runs a small cattery.
