Teo Cat Café
La Paz
Teo Cat Café is a cat cafe on Calle Montevideo at Avenida Capitán Ravelo in La Paz, opened in January 2026 by Gisel Rodríguez and presented as the city's first cat cafe. It is divided into a cafe area serving specialty coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches, fast food and pastries, including cappuccinos with a cat face in the foam, and a separate refuge area with play structures and shelves where around 15 rescued cats live. Customers can go into the cat area to play with and stroke the cats under house rules: cats must not be forced to stay or touched on sensitive areas such as the belly, and they may only be given treats approved by staff. The cats come from the owner's shelter and can be adopted, and spending at the cafe supports the shelter. Information and reservations are handled by phone and WhatsApp.

La Tribu de los Michis
Santa Cruz De La Sierra
La Tribu de los Michis, also listed as La Tribu Café Francés, is a cafe in Santa Cruz de la Sierra where four rescued cats live among the tables. It sits on Calle 9 Este in a relaxed space with plenty of greenery and is popular with groups of friends for its board games. The menu runs from brunch, served until 2 PM, to burgers, sandwiches, natural juices and coffee. There is no entry fee or separate cat room: the cats roam the cafe freely, and visitors can stroke and play with them when the cats are in the mood. It is open every day from morning until late evening and can be busy and noisy at weekends, when service is slower.
CatpuCcino
Cochabamba
CatpuCcino is a cat cafe and frappe bar on Avenida Simón López, between J. García and Enrique Arze, diagonally across from the electoral court in northern Cochabamba. Founder Verónica Herrera came up with the idea after visiting cat cafes in Argentina and opened it in June 2025. Three rescued cats live there permanently, joined by rescued cats waiting for adoption, and more than 30 cats have found homes through the cafe. The cats share the room with customers and greet them at the door. Visitors may also bring their own cats, which have a small play park of their own. The menu centres on frappes, smoothies, milkshakes, juices and cappuccinos, with a few savoury snacks.

Mishin Cine Café
Cochabamba
Mishin Cine Café is a cat cafe on Calle Colombia, between José Pol and Avenida Belzu in central Cochabamba, run by young cat rescuers as a space for rescue, fostering and adoption. Alongside a cat-themed menu of coffee, drinks and snacks, it has an area where visitors can stroke and play with rescued cats waiting for new homes, and any order includes a free film screening, with guests choosing what to watch. Board games are also available. The cafe's income, donations and fundraising events pay for the cats' food and care, and adoptable cats are posted on its social media. The cat area has its own visiting hours within the cafe's opening times. It is closed on Sundays.
