GatoLatte Home
Bogotá
GatoLatte Home is a cat cafe and foster home for rescued kittens in a large house in Modelia, Fontibón, in western Bogotá, just west of Avenida Boyacá and south of Avenida El Dorado. It began as a family project after the loss of a cat and now combines a specialty coffee shop and kitchen with a foster home where rescued cats live until they are adopted. Guests eat and drink in rooms where the cats move around freely; the number of cats varies with the adoption cycle, and at quieter times only a few are present. A reservation is required to enter. The menu includes origin coffees, crêpes, pizza, desserts and seasonal specials, and there is a gift shop. Visitors can apply to adopt or join a sponsorship plan that supports a particular cat. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
