Cat Cafes in Basque Country

Bilbao, Basque Country

El Salón de Mi Casa in Bilbao, Basque Country, is a cat cafe where visitors share time with rescued cats looking for homes. The space offers tables, sofas and armchairs, with books, television, board games and high-speed Wi-Fi available while guests settle in. Food and drinks can be ordered alongside time spent playing with or gently petting the cats. Visitors reserve a time slot, and admission helps pay for the cats' food, veterinary care and search for permanent homes. All of the cafe's cats are available for adoption. The associated organisation also supports adopters and other aspects of feline care. The cafe is at street level on Calle del Cristo.
