There are 51 cat cafes in Bangkok.
Clover Cat Cafe
Bangkok
Clover Cat Cafe is a homey cat cafe on Soi Chula 20 in Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, in the Banthat Thong area near Chulalongkorn University. The room is decorated like a friend's living room, with comfortable seating, a shelf of board games and a craft corner, and the resident cats, including Scottish Folds, range from shy to outgoing lap-sitters that are happy to be stroked and picked up. Visits are inexpensive: a basic 45-minute session costs 99 baht, and a 199-baht package adds a drink, a pouch of wet food for the cats and a Polaroid photo. For 50 baht you can also join a small craft workshop to make a bracelet or keychain or do some painting. Drinks and simple sweets are served, and the cats quickly gather around anyone holding a treat.
Duemdum Coffee
Bangkok
Duemdum Coffee is a small specialty coffee shop at Bake & Koff Studios on Soi Somdet Chao Phraya 17 in Khlong San, just behind Taksin Hospital on the Thonburi side of the river. It is home to a little gang of cats rescued from the street, six in all according to the cafe, who act as the shop's welcome team: call their names and they come trotting out to greet you. There is no entrance fee. Order a coffee and the cats will nap beside you, play or roll over for belly rubs, though they occasionally squabble among themselves. The coffee is a draw in its own right, with dark and medium roasts, cold brew, coffee sodas and matcha, plus house-baked cakes and pastries such as lemon cake. Seating is limited, and there is paid parking at the hotel opposite.
Meow & Beyond
Bangkok
Meow & Beyond is a cat cafe and pet care centre on Sirindhorn Road in Bang Bamru, Bang Phlat, on the Thonburi side of Bangkok. There is no entrance fee: each guest orders at least one drink or snack and can then stay with the cats for as long as they like, whether to relax, work or take photos. The resident cats are fluffy, well fed and mellow, and most of them are happy to be picked up and cuddled. Please wash your hands before going in, as the sign is easy to miss on busy days. The cafe is bright, clean and free of smells, with plenty of photo corners and free parking. The same owners run a cat hotel with private rooms, grooming and bathing for cats and dogs, and a pet shop selling food, litter and toys.
Cat's Ozone Cafe
Bangkok
Cat's Ozone Cafe is a cat cafe at Siri Suk Soi 1 in Bang Khae, on the western edge of Bangkok. Its air-conditioned cat room is home to a large group of chubby, well-groomed cats of several breeds, famous for crowding around visitors even without treats, and guests are welcome to stretch out on the floor with them. Entry is 200 baht per person and includes one drink and about an hour and a half with the cats; cat treats are sold separately and are well worth buying. Children must be at least 12 years old to enter the cat zone, and the rule is strictly applied. The room is kept spotless, with a separate area for the litter boxes. Drinks and a short food menu are reasonably priced. Parking is limited, with overflow parking in the neighbouring village soi.
Black Cat Cafe
Bangkok
Black Cat Cafe is a tiny coffee shop on the corner of Soi Ari 1 in Phaya Thai, an easy walk from BTS Ari. Rather than a big cat lounge, it is a cosy neighbourhood cafe that shares its space with a couple of resident cats, joined in mid-2026 by a young kitten, and visitors are welcome to play with them. The cats often nap during the day and tend to be livelier from late afternoon. There is no entry fee; you simply order a drink. The owners are friendly and happy to give recommendations, and prices are modest for Ari, with iced lattes around 70 baht. The menu focuses on coffee, matcha (including matcha with coconut water), tea and a few sweets, and seating inside is limited.
Flinders Street Cafe
Bangkok
Flinders Street Cafe is a home cafe on Pracha Chuen Road in Bang Sue, named after the Melbourne street and serving Melbourne-style specialty coffee. The owner runs it single-handedly in a converted house full of collectibles and early-2000s decor, and three resident cats share the space: Sania the black cat, Silvy the orange cat and little Sally. They greet guests, wander between the tables and curl up nearby, though the orange cat can be a little grumpy, so let them come to you. The menu offers a good choice of coffee beans, including pour-overs, plus matcha and yuzu soda, homemade cakes such as banoffee, brownies, banana cake and tiramisu, and sourdough ham and cheese toasties. It is within walking distance of MRT Bang Son, and on-site parking is limited to a couple of cars.
Kitty Knock Knock
Bangkok
Kitty Knock Knock is a slow-bar coffee shop in a family home and garden in Bang Phrom, Taling Chan, on the Thonburi side of Bangkok. It sits behind a chicken noodle shop, shares its car park and can be reached from both the main road and the back soi. The house cats work as the welcome staff: Kud, Tam, Wunwai, Yoda and Som roam the garden seating, and Yoda in particular comes when called and follows guests around, especially anyone carrying treats. The cats are free to come and go, so on hot afternoons some may be off napping. Drinks are hand-brewed and inexpensive, including coconut coffee, matcha with coconut and coffee fusions with honey, lemon and soda, alongside soft shio pan rolls. The leafy, open-air garden makes it a calm spot to work or unwind.
Soo Family Cafe & Cattery
Bangkok
Soo Family Cafe & Cattery fills a three-storey building at Dragon Town in Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, near Chulalongkorn University. The ground floor is the cafe, the second floor is a dog room with Shiba Inus and a separate puppy room, and the third floor belongs to the cats, who roam freely among visitors and come across as calm, friendly and well looked after. Entry is 250 baht per person with no time limit, and you can come and go throughout the same day and move freely between the dog and cat floors. Fresh socks are provided, and cat food can be bought for 40 baht. Staff explain the house rules on arrival. There are large tables for working on a laptop, and the kitchen serves drinks such as Hokkaido matcha alongside simple Thai dishes like stir-fried basil rice.
Polly's Cat Cafe
Bangkok
Polly's Cat Cafe is a small, budget-friendly cat cafe on the second floor above a restaurant in Kit Phanit Alley, Maha Phruttharam, in the Bang Rak district between Hua Lamphong and Sam Yan. Entry costs 179 baht per person, including one drink, and there is no time limit. The cats are young and full of energy, they love people and will often jump straight onto your lap as soon as you sit down, so expect plenty of enthusiastic play. The room is air-conditioned, and drinks include coffee, cappuccino and cocoa. Food can be ordered from the restaurant downstairs, and there is a separate room for guests who want to eat away from the cats. Payment is by cash or Thai bank transfer only; cards are not accepted.
Catcha & Cafe
Bangkok
Catcha & Cafe is a small cat cafe on the first floor of the Makro Pong Phet building on Ngamwongwan Road in Thung Song Hong, Lak Si, in northern Bangkok, handy for a break after shopping or an appointment in the same building. The cosy, minimalist room is air-conditioned, very clean and free of smells, and a lint roller is handed out for cat hair on the way out. Many of the resident cats were rescued and given a second chance; they are healthy, soft-coated and affectionate, and gentle enough for children to approach, while staff keep an eye on things during play. Prices are very low for a cat cafe, with drinks from about 29 baht and Thai tea around 49 baht, plus freshly cooked food and bakery items. Payment is cash only.
PoMoTo Cafe
Bangkok
PoMoTo Cafe, which calls itself PoMoTo Cats Crafts Garden & Café, sits on Chaloem Phrakiat Ratchakan Thi 9 Road in Prawet, eastern Bangkok, not far from Suan Luang Rama IX park. It mixes a cat cafe with a craft studio and a garden. Between 30 and 40 cats of many breeds and personalities live here, among them fluffy Scottish Fold kittens, and most are happy to come over for attention. Alongside the cats there are painting and DIY craft activities for children, adults and families, a small cactus garden and a shop selling PoMoTo character goods and work by Thai artists. Drinks are served in the garden setting, which also has plenty of photo corners. The cafe gets busy and recommends booking ahead through its LINE account (@MoToGarden), especially at weekends. Free parking is available.
Drasil
Bangkok
Drasil is a coffee shop on Rama IX Road in Suan Luang, eastern Bangkok, with a separate cat room that customers can use free of charge. The cafe itself is a quiet, air-conditioned place to work or meet, with photo corners, a bookable meeting room, coffee beans to choose from and home-baked cakes, cookies and pastries at fair prices. The cat room upstairs is home to around a dozen well-fed resident cats, some of them former street cats, and the cafe has also raised kittens in a separate room downstairs. Visitors sign in with a name and phone number and wash their hands before going in, and a staff member stays in the room to look after the cats. Toys can be used, though not every cat enjoys being touched. The cat room keeps shorter hours than the cafe, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Parking is available.
Check each cafe's website for current hours, booking requirements and age restrictions before visiting.
