Cat Cafe MOFF Tsukashin is a branch of the MOFF cat cafe chain on the first floor of the Nishimachi wing of Gunze Town Center Tsukashin, a shopping centre in northern Amagasaki. It is about 300 metres from Inano Station on the Hankyu Itami Line and 400 metres from JR Inadera Station. Around 26 cats live here, including Munchkins, Minuets, American Curls, Ragdolls, Scottish Folds, Persians, Maine Coons, Norwegian Forest Cats, Russian Blues, Chartreux and British and Exotic Shorthairs. Entry covers the first 30 minutes and is then charged in 10-minute steps up to a daily cap, with a required all-you-can-drink fee. No reservation is needed. Children aged 3 and under enter free, and elementary school children and younger must come with an adult. Closing days follow those of the shopping centre.

Cat Cafe Coorikuya Amagasaki is a branch of the Coorikuya cat cafe chain in Mizudocho, Amagasaki, about 12 minutes on foot from Hankyu Mukonoso Station. It sits on the ground floor of the Coo&RIKU Amagasaki pet shop, which also has grooming, a pet hotel and an animal clinic upstairs. The cafe has catwalks running along the walls and ceiling, so the cats can be watched from many angles. The chain's cats are mostly young pedigree breeds such as Munchkins, American Shorthairs, Scottish Folds, Bengals, Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest Cats. Visits are charged by 30 or 60 minutes or as free time, with an all-you-can-drink bar included, and reservations are not taken. Children under junior high school age must come with an adult relative, and children under 3 enter free. The cafe is open every day, opening earlier on weekends and holidays.

Neko Kukan CYAMOLA is a small, homely cat cafe in Mukomotomachi in the Mukonoso area of Amagasaki. Five friendly cats live here, and the cafe aims to be a relaxed space where visitors can play with them, simply watch them, or stop by for a short break or a chat. On weekdays visitors pay a flat free-time rate with no time limit, while on weekends and holidays visits are limited to two hours. Guests may bring their own drinks, but food, including sweets and gum, is not allowed. Reservations can be made through Hot Pepper, by phone during opening hours or through LINE, and the space can be booked privately for groups. Children below elementary school age are not admitted. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays and posts videos of its cats on YouTube and TikTok.

Open Shelter Hogo Neko Fumifumi is a volunteer-run rescue cat shelter in Miyauchicho, southern Amagasaki, about 3 minutes on foot from the east exit of Hanshin Deyashiki Station. It began in 2019 as a rescue cat cafe and later became an open shelter. After its previous building was sold in 2023, it moved to the current site. Several dozen cats are usually in its care, including kittens and cats from hoarding cases, and all are looking for adoptive homes through meetings and trial stays. On shelter open days, usually at weekends, the public can visit in one-hour slots in the afternoon, booked by phone from the morning of the day itself. People hoping to adopt get priority, and some kittens may not be shown while in quarantine. The shelter is funded by donations and also holds regular adoption events at a home centre in Amagasaki.
