It opened as a café with a cat room and became one of the best-known cat cafés in the Eastern Province, later adding a branch in Dammam. The cat room holds around 25 cats of various breeds, and visitors buy a ticket for a half-hour session; treats can be bought to feed the cats, which tend to gather around anyone who opens a packet. At this branch the café side has been scaled back, and the venue now mainly operates as a cat room with timed entry. Bookings for groups, birthdays and events are taken by WhatsApp. It is popular with families with children and is open every afternoon and evening.

Visitors pay for short timed sessions, of 15 or 30 minutes, and can buy treats to feed the cats. Cats are rotated between the public play area and a rest area so that they are not on show all day, and the lounge runs air purifiers. Staff supervise visits and show children how to handle the cats gently. The venue also offers cat care services for owners. It is closed on Sundays and opens from early afternoon until 10 PM, or 11 PM on Thursdays and Fridays.
