The cafe has a pink, American retro-style interior with neon signs. Drinks and light food are served downstairs, and the cats live in a separate room upstairs, reached with a key card from the counter. There is no entry fee, but each guest must order a drink. Shoes come off before entering the cat room, food and drinks stay outside, and cat food can be bought to feed the cats. The cafe opens in the afternoon and closes on Mondays.
