The Frisky Whisker

The Frisky Whisker is a cat lounge, sound gallery, and art space in downtown Atlanta operated by the Whisker Lounge Cat Research and Therapy Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The space brings together music, art, and feline companionship in a creative and calming environment designed to support both cats and the community. The Frisky Whisker is currently temporarily closed as it awaits reopening approval from the City of Atlanta. During this pause, the team continues to care for their 28 resident cats while managing ongoing expenses for food, medical care, cleaning, and rent. Once reopened, visitors can look forward to a mix of music, art, and cat therapy experiences in a unique sound gallery and lounge setting. Donations and community support are vital to keeping the sanctuary and its cats thriving until the doors reopen.
