Terracat Café
Terracat Café is a cat cafe on Avenida Salvador Allende in Iquique, with its entrance on Padre Hurtado, and the only cat cafe in the city. Opened in early 2026, it is a cosy cafe where a group of friendly resident cats, including Guayabita, wander among the tables and let visitors stroke and play with them. Visitors order from a short menu of coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, cheesecake and other sweets, and can browse books and a small shop of products for cat lovers. There is no separate entry fee. The cafe opens in the late afternoon and evening from Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays. It is popular with families, and at busy times visitors may need to queue to get in.
