Drinks are sold separately, and snack sets for the animals are available. Jipsaui Haru Yeonnam
Seoul0.6 mi / 1.0 km
Jipsaui Haru Yeonnam is the Yeonnam-dong branch of Jipsaui Haru, a chain of rescue cat cafes that began in Hongdae in 2015. It sits on the second floor of the Mijang Plasse building on Yanghwa-ro 19-gil, near Hongik University Station. The cats are abandoned or surrendered animals that the chain has taken in; the cafe acts as a self-funded shelter, paying for their care from entry fees rather than donations or public support, and introduces socialised cats to suitable adopters. Across its branches the chain looks after around 200 cats. Visitors pay an entry fee, with drinks and cat treats such as dried pollack, chicken breast and lickable treats sold separately. The cafe is open every day, from 11 AM on weekends and from noon on weekdays, until 10 PM.
