Neko no Hakobune Cats Wonderland Osaka-bay

Neko no Hakobune Cats Wonderland Osaka-bay is a rescue cat cafe on the second floor of the Osaka Culture Hall in Tempozan, Minato Ward, next to the Kaiyukan aquarium and a short walk from Osaka-ko Station on the Chuo Line. It shares its space with a large model railway diorama, so the cats wander among the trains and scenery. All of the cats are rescues, and staff can explain each cat's background and suggest cats that suit a visitor. The first hour is charged at a set rate, with a lower rate for children aged three to five, and extensions are charged per 30 minutes. No reservation is needed. The cafe is open every day, and early afternoon is when the cats are usually sleepiest. Cats can be adopted after screening and an adoption fee. It is run by the general incorporated association Arca Felis.
