Neko & Kafe

Neko & Kafe is a cat-foster cafe located on Tianshui Road in Datong District, Taipei City, Taiwan. This unique multi-story venue features a ground-floor ordering counter and two upper dining areas connected by a spiral staircase, where guests change into house slippers before ascending. The atmosphere balances cozy cafe comfort with a serious mission: all resident cats are foster animals available for adoption through the cafe's rescue partnership. Visitors can enjoy freshly prepared food and beverages while spending time with the cats, though seating is limited to two hours and reserved for guests aged twelve and over. The cafe operates with a minimum spend of NT$300 per person plus a ten percent service charge. To protect the wellbeing of the foster cats, outside pets are not allowed, movement between floors is restricted, and guests are expected to follow staff guidance at all times. Advance floor requests are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed.
