Nabiya
Nabiya is a long-running cat cafe in Gwandong-dong, in the Jangyu area of Gimhae, in a three-storey corner building at the end of the road from the back gate of Sinan Elementary School. It has been operating since at least 2015 and houses many cats across several separate rooms, including kittens, so visitors can move between rooms and get to know individual cats. It feels like a shelter-like home for the cats, and some of its cats have been adopted into new families. Entry is a single per-person fee, with gelato and drinks such as coffee and juice sold separately. The cafe runs an online Naver community for its visitors and is especially popular with families with children in Jangyu.

Cat 3/4
Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam Do5.8 mi / 9.4 km
Cat 3/4 is a quiet rescue cat cafe on the eighth floor of the Metro Tower 2 building in the Naeoe-dong restaurant district of Gimhae. Its cat room, home to rescued and abandoned cats, is separate from a regular cafe area, so visitors can pay for the cat room, use only the cafe, or both. The cafe deliberately sells no cat treats, a rule the owner keeps to protect the cats' health and lifespan, and the cats, used to people, come over on their own when visitors sit quietly. The owner has a background in early childhood education and shows children how to treat animals with respect. Cats waiting for homes are adopted only to responsible people after spending time together. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays but opens on public holidays.
