Mini Cat Town Palo Alto

Mini Cat Town Palo Alto is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit kitten rescue and adoption lounge now open at 429 California Avenue in Palo Alto. Founded by sisters Thi, Thoa, and Tram Bui, the space offers a cozy lounge where visitors can interact with playful, adoptable kittens; hours are daily from 12–7 p.m., with last entry 30 minutes before close. After the temporary Stanford Shopping Center pop-up closed on April 2, 2025 when its lease expired, the Bui sisters brought the program back to Palo Alto with this dedicated California Avenue location to continue rescuing neonatal kittens and placing them in loving homes. Mini Cat Town also welcomes visitors at its Bay Area locations in San Jose (Eastridge), Milpitas (Great Mall), Pleasanton (Stoneridge), and Santa Rosa.
