Luna Cafe

Luna Café, located at 1001 E Fayette St in Syracuse, New York, is Syracuse’s first Japanese-style cat café, where the dream began in 2010 and came to life on August 28, 2021, after years of planning, events, and pandemic-related delays. Offering an eclectic mix of Midwestern and Japanese cuisine—think Okonomiyaki pizza and meatball sundaes—alongside custom coffee and bubble tea, this cozy spot invites guests to enjoy a full meal before or after spending time with adoptable cats from the CNY Cat Coalition in a relaxing, fun atmosphere. With no charge for the front café and a fee for the cat room to support the cats’ care, Luna Café aims to be a second home for visitors of all ages, perfect for working, reading, or simply unwinding with feline friends in a space designed to blend culture, community, and cat adoration.
