Katino slėnis
Katino slėnis is a cat café on Tiltų gatvė in Klaipėda's Old Town. Opened in summer 2026 as the city's first cat café, it is the second branch of a café that began in Anykščiai. About eight cats live on the premises, among them cats whose owners gave them up or moved abroad and strays taken in from the street; each is checked by a vet, vaccinated and dewormed before moving in and chosen for a calm, sociable temperament. The cats can retreat to an upstairs area closed to guests. There is no separate entry fee, and visitors order from a menu of coffee, desserts, meat dishes and snacks. Staff explain the house rules on arrival and expect parents to keep children calm around the cats. Reservations are not taken at weekends, so there is often a queue at busy times. The café is open every day.
