Kafé Snowbell
Kafé Snowbell is a cat cafe on Circumferential Road near the New City Hall Drive in Apokon, Tagum, beside a Seaoil gas station and easy to spot from the highway thanks to its cat mural. It has a dining area and a separate cat room where visitors spend short timed sessions with the resident cats, most of them fluffy Persians along with newer Siamese cats. Staff give a short orientation before guests enter, socks and masks are required in the cat room, and the cats get regular breaks. Access to the cats is tied to a minimum food and drink purchase per person plus a small fee for the room. The menu includes coffee, desserts such as tiramisu and Dubai cookies, and rice meals, burgers and pasta, and the cafe also lends out books.
