Hey Cat Cafe Qingshan
This is the third Hey Cat charity cafe run by the Wuhan Small Animal Protection Association, opened in October 2025 in a back corner of the Qingshan Zhengjie arts quarter, a restored 200-metre old street by the Yangtze in Qingshan District. Its 18 resident cats are rescued strays, several with injuries such as a one-eyed Maine Coon, and each must pass a temperament test before joining; cats wearing a collar are 'full staff'. Visitors pay a small entry fee to interact with the cats, and coffee and cat treats are optional. Proceeds pay for the cafe and the association's rescue and veterinary costs, and the cats can be adopted.
