Crescent City Cat Club was a cat lounge at 1021 Marigny Street in New Orleans, where visitors could relax and play with adoptable cats from local shelters and rescues. Beyond the lounge itself, the club supported feline welfare around NOLA, operating "Simone, the Cat Mobile" and even maintaining a custom evacuation trailer capable of transporting more than 30 cats in case of a storm. The club permanently closed in 2021 after the property was sold and no one could be found to take over its operation; Simone found a new home with The Big Easy Pet Supply and Animal Rescue, keeping a piece of the club's mission alive in the neighborhood.
