Cleo's Cat Cafe

Cleo’s Cat Café is a purr-fectly charming retreat located at 134 Bus Terminal Road in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, within Anderson County, blending a love for cats, coffee, and community since its opening on November 23, 2024. This cozy haven invites guests to unwind with a variety of drinks—ranging from iced coffees to smoothies—and sweet treats while enjoying hour-long sessions with adoptable rescue cats from Halo’s Home Animal Rescue and Ideal Veterinary Clinic in a relaxed lounge, all for a $10 entry fee that supports feline care. Founded by partners Jackson Christiansen and Autumn Ramsey after years of dreaming and a complete space renovation, the café offers a unique vibe with video games alongside cat cuddles, having celebrated its first 10 adoptions shortly after launch. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Cleo’s Cat Café provides a delightful escape where visitors can sip, play, and connect with cats awaiting their forever homes in this East Tennessee gem.
