Visits are booked in 60, 90, 120 or 180-minute plans, with weekend rates slightly higher; the 60-minute plan requires one order and the longer plans include a drink, with a small treat on the longest ones. Online reservations are taken for later dates, but same-day visitors simply walk in. Children under 6 are not admitted. The cafe is open every day, though the dogs sometimes rest on Fridays.

Visits are charged by the hour, with a free-time plan, a cheaper free-time plan after 5 PM and a 90-minute plan for couples, and a cat snack is included. The cafe is aimed at adults, and preschool children are not admitted. It is open every day, closing earlier on Mondays.

Picking up or holding the cats is not allowed, though they may climb onto laps on their own. Visitors must be of junior high school age or older, and junior high students must come with a guardian. Reservations are not taken. The cafe does not rehome cats. It is open from 12:30 PM to 7 PM (last entry 5:55 PM) and closed on Mondays, with extra closing days posted on its online calendar.

It has a spacious room where rescued cats with distinct personalities roam freely, and many of them are happy to sit on visitors' laps. All of the cats can be adopted, and staff can also introduce cats that are still in training. Drinks are not served, but visitors may bring their own in sealed bottles, and toys and brushes can be used free of charge. Advance reservations are not taken; when the room is full, visitors can pay in advance for the next free slot. Payment is cash only and children under about 11 are not usually admitted. The cafe stays open late into the evening and is closed on Thursdays.

Around 15 to 20 pedigree cats live here. Visits are charged for a first 30 minutes and then in 10-minute extensions, up to a daily maximum, and drinks are included in the price; weekend and holiday rates are higher. No reservations are taken. Guests must be at least 6 years old, and children under 12 need a guardian. Cat snacks can be bought to feed the cats, and chasing the cats and flash photography are not allowed. The cafe is open every day, and cash, cards, e-money and QR payments are accepted.
