Hogo Neko Cafe Lazona
Nishinomiya, Hyogo3.1 mi / 5.0 km
Hogo Neko Cafe Lazona is a rescue cat cafe in Takagi Nishimachi, Nishinomiya, about 5 minutes on foot from the northeast exit of Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station. It runs on a private-session system: each booking has the cat room to itself, so visitors never share the space with other groups, which also keeps stress on the cats low. The resident cats are rescues, mostly young mixed-breed cats, and all are looking for adoptive homes through the cafe's own trial and adoption process. Visits are charged per 30 or 60 minutes, with 15-minute extensions, and socks are required in the cat room. The cafe room is separate, so drinks can be ordered without entering the cat room. Bookings are recommended, especially on weekends, and the cat room opens from late morning for reservations made by the day before. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
