Zoki is a cat cafe on Pervomayskaya Street in Yoshkar-Ola, near the Rynok stop, and the second branch of the Zoki cat cafe from Kirov. It combines a cafe serving coffee, bubble waffles, ice cream, porridge and desserts with a separate paid room where many free-roaming cats live. Staff give visitors a short tour of the cat room and introduce the cats. Some cats are permanent residents, while others are rescues looking for new homes and can be adopted. The cafe runs a busy programme of craft workshops for children and adults, with entry to the cat room included in most of them, as well as games and themed events, and it can be hired for birthday parties, anniversaries and other celebrations. It is open every day.
