Annyang
Seoul
Annyang is a small cat cafe that opened in 2026 in room 208 of the welfare shopping building of Eunma Apartments in Daechi-dong, Gangnam, a short walk from exit 4 of Daechi Station on Line 3. The cosy, carefully decorated space is home to friendly, well-groomed cats and kittens and is popular with local families with children. A one-hour ticket includes a free bottled drink, and coffee, lattes and bead ice cream are sold separately. The shopping centre has a car park, though it is often crowded. The cafe opens at 1 PM on weekdays and 10 AM on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.
Haneureul Geonneun Goyangi Cafe
Seoul
Haneureul Geonneun Goyangi Cafe (Cat Walking on the Sky) is a cat cafe on the fourth floor of the Baskin-Robbins building directly behind the Taepyeong department store at Isu Station, in Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu. Around a dozen cats live there, including a Maine Coon, and a board on the wall lists each cat's name, personality and where it likes to be stroked. To stop cats getting out, visitors ring a bell and wait to be let in, then change into indoor slippers and sanitise their hands. Admission includes one drink, and cat treats are sold separately. Parents should check the cafe's age rules before visiting with children. It is popular with students and couples.
Check each cafe's website for current hours, booking requirements and age restrictions before visiting.
