Chukotka is a two-storey cat cafe on Molodogvardeyskaya Street in central Samara, entered through the archway into the courtyard, a few minutes from the Molodogvardeyskaya stop. Opened in 2018, it is home to around fifty shelter cats, which act as a temporary home for animals without owners; visitors can adopt a cat they bond with. It runs as an anticafe with a sliding hourly rate that drops after the first hour and per-minute charging after that. Tea, coffee and biscuits, Wi-Fi, books, board games, art-therapy albums and a PlayStation 3 are included, and guests may bring their own food or order delivery. A children's corner and free cat-care lessons for children are offered, and staff explain the rules on arrival, including leaving cats with red collars alone. Booking is recommended at weekends, and the cafe can be hired for birthdays.

More Kotikov (Sea of Kitties) is a cat cafe on Dybenko Street in Samara, about ten minutes on foot from the Sportivnaya stop. Opened at the end of 2025, it has a calm, modern interior where a group of friendly resident cats roam freely among the guests. Visits are charged by the hour, with separate weekday and weekend rates, and tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets are included. Board games, toys and books for all ages are available, which makes it suitable for families with small children. Cat treats are sold on site for visitors to offer the cats, and staff introduce the cats and explain how to approach them. The cafe is closed on Mondays and open in the afternoons for the rest of the week.
