Cat Garden is a small family-run cat cafe and gift shop on Wing Hing Street, the main shopping street of Peng Chau, a short walk from the ferry pier. Founded in 2016 and first based in Tsim Sha Tsui before moving to the island, it is built around an indoor garden with an artificial lawn where the cats roam freely. Around ten cats live here, most of them adopted strays and local mixed breeds, and the owners know each one by name. Visits are charged per hour with a drink included, and the storefront sells cat-themed trinkets, accessories and gifts. The cafe is quiet and rarely crowded, making it a common stop on a half-day trip to Peng Chau from Central by ferry. Opening days can change, so it is worth checking Instagram before travelling.
