Cat Cafe Minsk
Minsk
Cat Cafe Minsk is the small cat cafe inside the Cat Museum (Музей Кота) at Internatsionalnaya Street 23 in central Minsk, near Oktyabrskaya metro station. The museum shows cat-themed paintings, sculptures and photographs, and visitors can draw their own cat and hang the drawing in the museum. The cats that live there are former strays that have been fostered and checked by a vet, and they are rehomed free of charge after an interview with the volunteer who looks after each cat. A museum ticket costs 25 Belarusian rubles for adults and 20 rubles for children and students, and hot drinks and sweets from the cat cafe are included. It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM and closed on Mondays.

Koshachi Space
Minsk
Koshachi Space is a cat anticafe on Bykhovskaya Street in Minsk, a couple of minutes' walk from Kovalskaya Sloboda metro station. It opened in the summer of 2026, and every cat living there was once a stray; the volunteer on duty tells visitors about each cat's character, and the cats can be adopted. As an anticafe it charges for time rather than food: in October 2026 entry with the first hour cost 20 Belarusian rubles on weekdays and 26 rubles at weekends, or 33 and 50 rubles for unlimited time that day, with tea, biscuits, books and board games included. It does not cook or make coffee, but guests may bring their own snacks or have pizza delivered, and laptops are welcome. The cats have plenty of scratching posts, shelves and beds, a large secured window and a private area they can retreat to, and staff explain how to behave around them before you go in. It is open from 3 PM to 9 PM and closed on Mondays and Thursdays. Places are limited, so book through the space's Instagram messages. The entrance is the first door on the left in the passage between the buildings, not the main stairwell, and there is no obvious sign.

Kotovasia
Minsk
Kotovasia is a private museum and gallery of cat-themed art and objects on Dzerzhinsky Avenue in south-western Minsk, about 500 metres from Malinovka metro station. It opened in July 2016, and by June 2026 its collection held more than 8,000 items from over 110 countries, from paintings and sculptures to chess sets, perfume bottles, bells and coins in the shape of cats. It is not a cat cafe in the usual sense, but rescued former street cats live on the premises (the owners say at least ten), and several of them roam the gallery and greet visitors. The gallery works with Stary Kot (Old Cat), a Minsk project that rescues injured stray cats and finds them homes, and people who adopt a cat from that project get free entry on the day. Tickets cost between 10 and 28 Belarusian rubles in 2026, depending on age and group size, with guided tours extra; coffee, juice and souvenirs are sold, and Kotobaza, a cat-themed shop run by the same owners, is at the same address. It is open every day from 11 AM to 8 PM. The entrance is on the outside of the long curved building at number 131, level with its third stairwell, on the side facing Napoleon Orda Street.
