Feline ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌⁠Rescue Network is a cat-only shelter at 2129 East Boulder Street in Colorado Springs, where visitors can meet cats available for adoption. Founded in 2008 as the city's first cat-exclusive shelter, it was called Look What the Cat Brought In until September 2026. It is a limited-admission, adoption-guaranteed rescue that takes in cats from overcrowded shelters, and some of its cats also live at partner PetSmart and Petco stores. It is not a café: there is no entry fee, no drinks and no timed sessions. Walk-in adoption hours are 11am to 3pm Friday to Sunday, and other days are by appointment. The ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌⁠Biscuit Factory Cat Lounge is a cat lounge on South 25th Street in Old Colorado City, just off West Colorado Avenue, and the first cat cafe in Colorado Springs. It works with Happy Cats Haven, the cat rescue in nearby Manitou Springs, and every cat living in the lounge is adoptable; the cats roam freely and stay overnight as a foster space. Visitors pay a single per-person entry fee for an hour, which includes a complimentary coffee, tea, soda or sparkling water, and prepackaged snacks and cat-themed goods are sold on site. Reservations are not required but are recommended on weekends, school holidays and for groups of four or more, and guests sign a waiver. There is no minimum age, but children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Adoption applications are handled by Happy Cats Haven, and the lounge also hosts craft nights.

Comfort ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌⁠& Joy Cat Cafe is a cat cafe on South Nevada Avenue at the south end of downtown Colorado Springs, opened in September 2024. It fosters about eight adoptable cats at a time from Teller County Regional Animal Shelter and the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, and works on socializing them and on litter-box and scratching-post habits before they go to new homes; cats are adopted on a first-come basis. Visits to the cat lounge are booked as 50-minute sessions, and shorter half-hour sessions are sold to walk-ins when there is space. The cafe is often sold out, so booking online, signing the waiver and paying in advance is recommended. Visitors must be at least 7 years old. Coffee, tea and other drinks are served, with free wifi and parking behind the building. Regular events include monthly trivia nights and tarot readings combined with lounge time.
