The room has anime-style decor and is kept free of smells. Staff hand out cat food so visitors can win the cats over, show newcomers how to handle them and wipe the cats' faces through the day. The company registered the name as a trademark in 2021. Visits have cost about 24 to 40 yuan per person.

The old lane was redone as a cat-themed street with cat sculptures in 2020. Visitors can pet the well-behaved resident cats, and the shop also washes and grooms pets. This ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​⁠Hangzhou branch of the Tata Party pet cafe chain is in shop F3-12a on the third floor of the Hubin 88 mall at 124 Pinghai Road, near West Lake in Shangcheng District, opposite a Luckin Coffee. Cats and dogs are kept in separate areas, with more than 40 cats such as Ragdolls, about 30 breeds of dog, alpacas and call ducks. Entry includes a drink, and freeze-dried treats can be bought to feed the animals. Staff gather the animals for a group photo at set times.
